How can I pay for my order at Al Majed Oud?

Al Majed Oud Store offers several payment methods, including:

  1. Cash on delivery
  2. Debit and credit cards (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, KNET, Benefit)
  3. Installment of purchases in 3 installments through Tamara (for orders within Saudi Arabia and the Emirates)
  4. Apple Pay

What is the benefit of a store account?

The Store Account option gives you an efficient and faster way to make future purchases.

Does Al Majid Store offer gift cards and how can I use gift cards for purchases?

Yes, we currently offer gift cards in multiple denominations, including 200 riyals, 500 riyals, and 1,000 riyals. You can view them here and gift them to your loved ones.

After purchasing the card and filling in the recipient's information, we will send you a coupon containing a balance equal to the value of the selected card (200, 500, or 1000 riyals) ready for use at the Al Majed Oud store, in addition to sending you the message you wish to deliver to the recipient.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can review your order information and status by visiting the "My Orders" section of your customer profile or by clicking the search menu and then selecting "My Orders," where you can check the status of your order. If you are unsure of the status of your order, please contact our customer service department via the following methods:

Why doesn't my order appear in the "My Orders" section?

You can access all order details (previous or recent orders) through the “My Orders” section. If it does not appear, please check after 10-15 minutes. You can also contact the customer service department at: 920020088

How can I change my address and phone number in order?

We do not have the option to change your address and phone number through the “My Orders” section, but if you would like to change these details before the order is shipped, our customer service department can do so for you.

"You Deserve It" Loyalty Program

What is the Testahal program?

A loyalty program that earns points for purchases or specific activities within the app or at branches, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards or discounts.

Through the program, we seek to enhance the customer experience and build a sustainable relationship based on appreciation and gratitude, because you simply... deserve it.

What benefits do customers who subscribe to the program get?

  • You get one point for every Saudi Riyal.
  • Points can be redeemed within 7 days of purchase.
  • Points are calculated based on the total invoice value before adding VAT. For example:
  • If your bill is 100 (excluding tax) and the total is 115 (with tax), you will only get 100 points.

How do I earn points?

  • You can easily earn points at any time through your purchases:
  • In any Al Majid branch, by providing the seller with the mobile number during the purchase process.
  • When shopping through the online store or application by logging in

Can I earn points when purchasing products using points?

Earning does not include purchases made with points.

If I pay partially with points, can I earn points for the portion paid in cash or online?

Yes, points are earned for the portion paid in cash or online, excluding VAT.

How many points are worth when redeeming?

When redeeming points, every 50 points equals 1 Saudi Riyal.

Example: If you have 1,000 points, they will be equivalent to 20 Saudi riyals.

Can points be redeemed once the first point is earned?

No, the minimum is 500 points.

How are points redeemed?

You can redeem points when you purchase from a branch, online store, or app.

How long are points earned from purchases valid?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are added after each purchase. Points are added to your balance 7 days after the purchase is completed.

What happens to the points earned if the product is returned?

If the product is returned, all points earned related to it will be deducted from your balance.

Example: If 500 points are earned from a purchase and the product is returned, 500 points will be deducted from your balance.

Can I return a product purchased using points?

If the points are fully used in the purchase, the points used will be returned to your balance if the product is returned.

Example: If a product is purchased using 5,000 points (equivalent to 100 Saudi riyals), the 5,000 points will be returned to your balance when you return the product.

If a portion of the points is used with a portion of the amount paid in cash or via Visa, the used points will be returned as credit, while the amount paid in cash or via Visa will be returned in accordance with the return policy.

Cancellation and Refund

What is your order cancellation policy?

Are there any fees for canceling orders?

No fees will be charged if the order is cancelled.

When will I get my money back?

If your order hasn't shipped and you request to cancel it, contact our customer service department to submit a request to the finance department for a refund. (Please note: The refund process may take approximately 14 business days depending on the country.)

Return and refund

What are the conditions for submitting a return request after delivery?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. If the return request is submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.
  2. In case the product is used or changed.
  3. In case the product is damaged/processed by the customer

How can I return a product to Al Majed Oud store?

You can return the product in the following cases:

  1. Received a damaged product
  2. Receiving a product different from the one ordered
  3. Product defects
  4. Disappearance of quantities of the product

In the event of any of the above cases, you can submit a return/exchange request within 7 working days of receiving the order.

Please note:

If you request a replacement product, this depends on the availability of stock. If there is no stock, the product will be returned in full, or you can request an alternative product of the same quantity for this replacement.

I received a damaged/wrong product in my order, how can I process it?

You can submit a replacement/refund request within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product meets the return/replacement criteria.

There is a shortage of the items specified in my order, what should I do?

We process your shipment under strict scrutiny before it leaves our warehouse. If your shipment is missing, you must contact our customer service department within 6 hours of receiving it to discuss the issue and find a solution. We can either reship the missing item or refund its value.

How can I follow up on a product return?

You can check the issue of returning the product by contacting us by clicking on the “Contact Us” option available in the footer section of the home page .

Can I return part of the order contents?

Yes, you can submit a partial return request if some of the product items need to be returned/exchanged/refunded and the other items are in good used condition.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

You can easily log in using your registered mobile number. Enter the registered mobile number and we will send a one-time password (OTP) to the same number to verify it and retrieve all your account information.

Can I purchase multiple products in one order?

Yes, you can add as many products as you like to your shopping cart, but no more than 10 quantities are allowed for one product. We suggest you add as many products as you can to your shopping cart to save on shipping fees.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is submitted, a confirmation page will appear with the order number, and a confirmation notification will be sent to your mobile number registered in the address box.

Can I leave items in my shopping cart for future purchases?

Yes, you can leave items in your cart, but their price and availability are calculated based on the actual time of purchase, so there is a possibility that the item may have sold out or the offer has expired since it was added to your cart.

Can I order a product that is not available?

Unfortunately, you cannot order any product that is not available. Because products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for sale, we may notify you when the product becomes available in the future if you successfully select the "Notifications" option.

To get notifications when a product is out of stock, do the following:

  1. Click on the product icon
  2. Click "Notify Me".
  3. Enter your email
  4. Your notifications have been successfully activated.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders of 199 or more. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Are the products sold globally?

Yes, we currently provide delivery and shipping services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Jordan and Egypt.

How are the products packaged?

We wrap our products in bubble wrap, securely place them in boxes, and label them with "fragile" labels to let your delivery provider know we sell glass containers. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

How can I track my order after shipping?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and text message to the mobile number registered with your order containing details of the tracking number and shipping company. You can also track your order by logging into "My Account > My Order > Track Order." The tracking button will be activated once your order has shipped. Sometimes, the tracking link can take up to 12 hours to activate, so please try again after the specified time. You can track your shipment using the link shared via email/SMS.

What is the estimated delivery date?

Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays). If you order during the sales season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to increased volume. We focus on dispatching all orders within 3 days of placing the order, and we are proud that over 95% of Al Majed Oud orders are delivered within 1-6 business days of placing the order.
