All shipments available on our website are available to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Oman, the State of Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, the United States of America, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Britain, Italy, France, and Greece. Although we strive to deliver all your orders to your doorstep, some orders may be directed to be picked up from the nearest delivery company branch because some cities and villages are not supported for home delivery service through our delivery service providers.


Delivery time

We work with the best delivery providers in the region and strive to deliver your orders with the highest quality and speed possible. Delivery times mentioned are based on working days, which are all days of the week except Friday. (Subject to product availability)

The estimated times below exclude all orders that are not available in express delivery warehouses and special orders such as packaging, engraving, etc., where the delivery time is from two to seven working days.

From the date of receipt, the amount paid will be refunded according to the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, in its original condition, and free from defects.
  • The product was not packaged, manufactured, combined, modified, or packed at the customer's request.
  • Purchase cards and similar items are non-refundable.
  • Provide the original invoice.
  • Orders from the global store and the Qatar store cannot be returned.

Al Majed for Oud Company covers all return costs in the following cases: days from receiving the order:

  • Receiving a damaged product.
  • Receiving a product different from what was ordered.
  • The order arrived missing one or more products.
  • The order arrived with one or more products added to what was paid.

They do not accept opened or used products. If returned products are found to be in a condition other than their original one, they will be reshipped to the customer at their own expense.

Returns are not available after delivery for international orders, Qatar, and Jordan. If the order is not received by the customer, shipping costs, customs duties, and any other charges will be deducted from the order value, and the remaining amount will be transferred to the customer's account.
