Delivery location

All shipments available on our website are eligible for shipping to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Oman, the State of Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, the United States of America, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, and Greece. Although we strive to deliver all your orders to your doorstep, some orders may be directed to be collected from the branch of the delivery company closest to you, as some cities and villages are not supported by the home delivery service through our delivery service providers.


Delivery time

We work with the best delivery service providers in the region and strive to deliver your orders with the highest quality and speed possible. The mentioned delivery times are based on business days, which are all days of the week except Friday.

The estimated times below exclude all orders that are not available in express warehouses and special requests such as packaging, carving, etc., where the delivery time is from two to seven business days.

There are no hidden fees or taxes when purchasing from Al Majed for Oud. Return Policy



Return Terms

At Al Majid Company, we offer a flexible and reassuring policy for our valued customers. You can return all products free of charge within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, in its original condition and free of defects.
  • The product has not been packaged, manufactured, combined, modified or packed at the customer's request.
  • Purchase cards and the like are non-refundable.
  • If there is a defect in the product, it was not due to the customer's actions.
  • Provide the original invoice.
  • Orders from outside Saudi Arabia cannot be returned.

Al Majed Oud covers all return costs in the following cases, provided that 7 days have not passed since receiving the order:

  • Received damaged product.
  • Receiving a different product than ordered.
  • The order arrived missing one or more products.
  • The order arrived with one or more products more than paid for.

Promotional Offers Return Policy:

  • In the event of purchasing the promotional offer, the customer must return all products included in the offer. Partial returns are not permitted, and all products must be in their original condition.

It does not accept open or used products. If returned products are received and it turns out that they are not in their original condition, they will be reshipped to the customer, and he will bear the shipping costs shown below in the table according to each country.

The return service after receipt is not available for international orders, the State of Qatar, and the State of Jordan. In the event that the order is not received by the customer, the shipping costs, customs fees, and any other costs will be deducted from the order value, and the remaining amount will be transferred to the customer’s account.


How to submit a refund request?

First: You need to contact customer service on WhatsApp 920020088 or via the unified phone number of Al Majed Perfumes Company 920020088

Second: You need to provide the following:

  • A copy of the invoice or order number.
  • Product images.
  • Keep all products with you, even defective ones.

Third: Customer service representatives will review your order. If all requirements are met, a new shipping policy will be issued and sent to the email address registered with the order. You will then need to print the shipping policy and deliver it to the delivery service provider's branch, to which customer service will direct you. We cannot guarantee that the returned product will be received by the delivery company at your doorstep.

Fourth: Once your returned shipment arrives, we will verify its compatibility with the order you submitted, and then create a cash refund request for you using the same payment method. The refund process typically takes 1 to 15 business days, depending on the bank you use.

Note: You can return your order to any of our branches in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait to expedite your refund, but only after submitting the order and obtaining approval from the online store's customer service representative to coordinate the return from the branch.

  • Cash on Delivery: You can pay your order amount in cash upon arrival of the shipment within Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Bahrain, and Oman.
  • Credit Card: You can use your credit card (such as Visa, MasterCard, Benefit Pay, KNET) to pay for your purchases in advance, or via Mada card.
  • Installment Purchases: You can pay for your purchases in 3 interest-free installments. (For orders within Saudi Arabia and the UAE only)
  • Payment via STC PAY within Saudi Arabia
